【摘要】 目的观察揿针埋针配合护理治疗中风后呃逆的临床疗效。方法根据随机数字表法将60例中风后呃逆患者分成2组,治疗组给予揿针埋针配合综合护理,对照组给予胃复安肌肉注射。比较2组患者呃逆症状评分第1、3、6天变化情况。结果治疗第1天对照组平均秩次26.60<治疗组平均秩次34.40,对照组优于治疗组(P=0.05),第3天呃逆症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第6天治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),提示揿针长时间留针疗效更显著,2组呃逆症状评分与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论揿针埋针配合综合护理第6天疗效显著,第1天及第3天未优于对照组,需进一步优化治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of intradermal needle combined with nursing care in the treatment of hiccups after stroke. Methods According to the random number table method, 60 patients diagnosed with hiccups after stroke were divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with intradermal needle combined with nursing care, and the control group was injected metoclopramide. The hiccup symptom score of both groups was recorded at different time point of pretreatment and 1, 3, 6 days after treatment. Results At the time point of the 1 day after treatment, the control group was better than the treatment group( P=0.05). At the time point of the 3 days after treatment, there are no statistical significance between the two groups( P>0.05). There is statistical significance in curative effet of between two groups after 6 days ’ treatment(P<0.05). It indicates that the effect of needle retention for a long time is more significant. Both before and after the treatment, hiccup symptoms of two groups improved significantly( P<0.05).Conclusion This research suggested that intradermal needle combined with nursing care had significant effect on the 6 th, the day1 st and the day 3 nd were no better than the control group.Treatment regiments need to be further optimized.更多还原
