【摘要】 目的观察中药熏洗配合内服对外阴硬化性苔藓治疗患者实施综合护理干预的应用效果。方法选取2016年8月—2018年4月收治的外阴硬化性苔藓患者72例,分为2组,各36例。所有患者均应用中药内服配合熏洗治疗,采取不同护理方法,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用综合性护理,对临床疗效、患者症状改善评分指标进行观察。结果研究组总有效率94.44%比对照组77.78%高,有统计学差异(х~2=4.184,P<0.05),干预前对照组、研究组患者瘙痒症状、疼痛症状评分统计学无差异性(P>0.05),研究组干预后瘙痒症状评分、疼痛症状评分均低于对照组,有差异性(P<0.05)。结论外阴硬化性苔藓在应用中药内服配合熏洗治疗中加强综合性护理干预,疗效显著,值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nu rsing intervention on vulvar sclerosing moss patients treated by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with oral administration. Methods 72 patients with vulvar sclerosing moss admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to April 2018 were selected. All patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing. Different nursing methods were adopted. 36 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and 36 patients in the study group were treated with comprehensive nursing. The clinical efficacy and symptom improvement score of patients were observed. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.44% which was higher than 77.78% of the control group(X2 = 4.184, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of pruritus symptoms and pain symptoms between the control group and the study group before intervention( P>0.05). The scores of pruritus symptoms and pain symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group after intervention( P <0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention on vulvar sclerosing moss patients treated by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with oral administration is effective and worthy of application.更多还原
