【摘要】 中医最大的特色与优势就是养生,服食丹药是中医养生的精髓,龟龄集是中国现存唯一采用炉鼎升炼技术炼制的养生丹药,因其唯一性,龟龄集的传统制作技艺也自然成为目前考察养生炼丹术的唯一标本,自然目前研究服食丹药养生只能从研究龟龄集开始。龟龄集是1541年明代嘉靖皇帝为解决自己身体虚羸无嗣而主持开发的"国家级科研项目成果",现已列入"国家保密品种""国家中药保护品种",2008年将广誉远中医传统制剂方法(龟龄集)列入第一批国家级非物质文化遗产扩展项目名录,龟龄集是服食养生珍品,延年益寿是龟龄集的主要功效,且有广泛的治疗功能,适用于阳虚导致的多种病证,尤其是肾阳虚导致的多种病证,龟龄集无论是用来延年益寿之养生服用,还是治疗疾病,在阴虚与湿热的阶段不宜用。龟龄集说明炼丹术有一定的合理性,说明丹药服食养生应该占有一席之地,亟待继承发展炼丹术,使之更好的造福人类。更多还原

【Abstract】 The greatest characteristic and advantage of traditional Chinese medicine is health preservation. Taking food is the essence of health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine. Guilingji is the only health preservation medicine which is refined by furnace-tripod lifting technology in China. Because of its uniqueness, the traditional production technology of Guilingji has naturally become the only specimen to investigate health preservation and alchemy at present. Taking mini-pills medicine can only be done by studying turtle age collection. Guilingji is a national scientific research project developed by Emperor Jiajing of Ming Dynasty in 1541 to solve his body deficiency. It has been listed as "national secret varieties" and "national protected varieties of traditional Chinese medicine".In 2008, Guilingji, a widely-known traditional Chinese medicine preparation method, was included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage. Expanding the list of items, Guilingji is a health preservation treasure, prolonging life is the main effect of Guilingji, and has a wide range of therapeutic functions. It is suitable for many diseases caused by yang deficiency, especially those caused by kidney-yang deficiency. Guilingji is used to prolong the life of health preservation, or to treat diseases, in yin deficiency and dampness. The hot stage is not suitable. Guilingji shows that alchemy is reasonable to some extent, and that medicinal herbs should occupy a place for health preservation.
