【摘要】 下肢闭塞性动脉硬化症是临床常见的难治性周围血管疾病,已经逐渐成为危害中老年生活质量和生命安全的主要疾病之一。水蛭具有破血通经,逐瘀消癓的功效。水蛭中的活性物质具有抗凝、抗血小板聚集、抑制血栓形成、抗纤维化、改善肾功能、降脂、抗肿瘤、抗炎等作用,临床应用范围广泛,主要应用于心脑血管、肿瘤、肾病、男科、周围血管病等疾病。本文重点对水蛭治疗下肢闭塞性动脉硬化症的抗凝、抗栓、抑制血小板聚集、降低血脂、保护血管内皮细胞、抗血管平滑肌增生及抗炎、促进创面愈合等作用的研究进展进行综述。更多还原

The traditional Chinese medicine leech has the function of removing blood circulation and dredging meridians, eliminating stasis and eliminating stasis. The active substances in leech have the functions of anticoagulation, anti-platelet aggregation, inhibiting thrombosis, anti-fibrosis, improving renal function, lowering lipid, anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory.
