【摘要】 都市区功能的优化与整合凸显现有低效用地提效的紧迫性,保留既有建筑激活低效空间是一种低碳绿色、保留城市温度的干预方式。本文以上海大学延长校区246视界工作室为例,分析改造设计面临现实和发展契机,展现其从荒废的校办工厂到富有意趣的创意工坊的蜕变,阐述了改造过程所采用的多种创意有机置入、有限空间集成利用、废旧材料创新使用和低技术改善室内环境等策略,充分体现在改造设计过程中秉持的节制谨慎、低碳绿色的顺势干预理念和采取的适可而止又不乏创新的实现手法,反映出设计者注重历史文脉、友好对建成环境的态度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimization and integration of metropolitan area functions highlights the urgency of improving the efficiency of existing inefficient land. It is a low-carbon way of interpreting that could keep urban temperatures to retain existing buildings to activate inefficient spaces. Taking the 246 Vision Studio in Yanchang Campus of Shanghai University as an example, it was analyzed about the reality and opportunities of the transformation design in this paper firstly, and the transformation was showed from the ruined school-run factory to the interesting creative workshop. The strategies of transformation were expounded such as transplanting a variety of creative workshops, using limited space efficiently, reusing waste materials innovatively and improve indoor environment by the low-tech way. Those were gained the prudent and low-carbon green homeopathic intervention concept and the appropriate and innovative implementation in the process of transformation and design. To some extent, it was reflected the designer’s attitude towards historical context and the built environment.更多还原
