【摘要】 血液高凝状态是肿瘤预后不良的重要因素之一。中医认为其与血瘀状态及瘀血产物密切相关。中医治瘀,意在化瘀而生新,不可一味见瘀而攻瘀。本文系统梳理《金匮要略》治"瘀"诸法,提倡临证当明辨轻重缓急,注重从因论治、病证结合、注重融入现代科学研究成果而合理组方用药,起到改善恶性肿瘤高凝状态的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hypercoagulable state has been considered as one of the important factors of influencing the prognosis of malignant tumor. In the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),stagnant blood is closely related to the pathological products of blood stasis. Chinese medicine in treating blood stasis aims at resolving stasis to renew the blood circulation, but not just for eliminating the stagnant blood invariably. In this article, the therapeutic methods for treating blood stasis recorded in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber were summarized systematically,and the thoughts for keeping a sense of proportion about the clinical manifestations during syndrome differentiation,treatment based on etiological factors and by combining the disease classification and syndrome differentiation,and reasonably prescription and medication following the modern scientific research achievements were advocated,so that the therapeutic effect on improving the hypercoagulable state of malignant tumor patients can be achieved.更多还原
