【摘要】 目的:观察扶正培本丸对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏的临床疗效及对细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将84例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者按照治疗前测定的疲乏程度随机分为两组,对照组采用含铂双药的标准化疗方案,治疗组在化疗同时口服扶正培本丸。治疗2个周期后,比较两组患者治疗前后癌因性疲乏症状评分、生存质量、骨髓功能及细胞免疫功能的变化情况。结果:2个周期后,治疗组在感觉、情绪、认知、行为维度的疲乏评分及疲乏总分均较治疗前降低（P <0.05）,且治疗组在感觉、认知、行为维度的疲乏评分及疲乏总分低于对照组（P <0.05）;治疗组在生活质量的总健康状况、疲倦、恶心呕吐、食欲丧失、腹泻领域评分优于对照组（P <0.05）;治疗组血红蛋白浓度及白细胞数量降低程度均较对照组轻（P <0.05）;治疗组CD₃⁺、CD₃⁺CD₄⁺、NK细胞百分比与对照组比较升高,且差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论:扶正培本丸可以改善癌因性疲乏患者的临床疗效,提高生存质量,提高细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Peiben Pills for the treatment of cancerrelated fatigue（CRF）of patients with non-small cell lung cancer and to explore their effects on the cellular immune function. Methods:Eighty-four CRF patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups according to the pre-treatment degree of the fatigue. The control group received a standard platinum-containing double-drug chemotherapy. The treatment group received Fuzheng Peiben Pills and the chemotherapy simultaneously. After 2 cycles of treatment,the changes of cancer-related fatigue symptom scores,quality of life（QOL）, bone marrow function and cellular immune function of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results: After 2 cycles of treatment, the total fatigue scores and the scores of the sensory, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral dimensions in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment（P < 0.05）, and the total fatigue scores and the scores of the sensory, cognitive, and behavioral dimensions in the treatment group were lower than in the control group（P < 0.05）. The scores of total health status of QOL and the scores of fatigue,nausea and vomiting,loss of appetite,and diarrhea in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group（P < 0.05）. The decrease of hemoglobin concentration and the white blood cell count in the treatment group were milder than that in the control group（P < 0.05）,and the percentages of CD₃⁺,CD₃⁺CD₄⁺,and NK cells in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the difference being statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion:Fuzheng Peiben Pills can enhance the clinical efficacy of CRF patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,improve the quality of life and improve their cellular immune function.更多还原
