【摘要】 目的系统评价麝香保心丸辅助治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、MedLine、Cochrane图书馆、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库等,从建库至2019年2月发表的麝香保心丸辅助治疗急性心肌梗死的相关文献。经质量评价最终纳入文献后,用Stata14.0软件对纳入指标进行Meta分析。结果共纳入24项研究,全部为中文文献,Jadad评分1篇为5分,3篇为4分,20篇为3分。Meta分析结果:麝香保心丸辅助治疗组有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义[OR=3.81, 95%CI(2.62,5.53),P<0.001];麝香保心丸辅助治疗组左室射血分数(LVEF)较对照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义[SMD=0.86, 95%CI(0.75,0.97),P<0.001];麝香保心丸辅助治疗组血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义[SMD=-1.07, 95%CI(-1.25,-0.90),P<0.001;SMD=-1.64, 95%CI(-1.92,-1.36),P<0.001]。结论当前证据表明,应用麝香保心丸辅助治疗急性心肌梗死可显著提高病人治疗有效率,改善心功能,并降低炎症因子水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Pill(SBP) in the adjuvant treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Web of Science,EMbase,MedLine,Cochrane Library,VIP,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM) and Wanfang databases were searched ty PubMed to identify the clinical research of SBP in the adjuvant treatment of AMI published up to February 2019. Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 14.0 software after the evaluation of the quality of final literatures.Results A total of 24 clinical researches were included in the meta-analysis.All of them were carried in China.There was 1 study got 5 Jadad scores,3 studies got 4 scores,20 studies got 3 scores.Meta-analysis results showed that SBP improved the efficacy of treatment[OR =3.81,95%CI(2.62,5.53),P<0.001 ] and heart function[SMD=0.86,95%CI(0.75,0.97),P<0.001].And the medicine could down-regulate the plasma level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and interleukin(IL)-6 [SMD=-1.07,95%CI(-1.25,-0.90), P<0.001;SMD=-1.64,95%CI(-1.92,-1.36),P<0.001].Conclusion Current evidence shows that SBP could improve the efficacy and heart function,and decrease the plasma level of hs-CRP and IL-6 in patients with AMI.更多还原
