【摘要】 目的探讨针刺回阳九针穴治疗中风后遗症的疗效及对血清内皮素(ET)、内皮衍生超极化因子(EDHF)及一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法将2014年12月—2016年10月我院收治的94例中风后遗症病人按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各47例。对照组给予改善脑循环、营养神经、防治感染等西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予针刺回阳九针穴治疗,疗程均为4周。比较两组临床疗效、神经功能缺损情况和运动功能,并采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测ET、EDHF和NO水平。结果治疗组的总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的76.60%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.231,P=0.007)。两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分降低,运动功能评分升高,且治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后ET水平低于治疗前,而EDHF、NO水平高于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后两组生存质量评分高于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针刺回阳九针穴治疗中风后遗症具有较好的临床疗效,能够改善病人的神经功能和运动功能,调节血管内皮细胞功能,提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture at Huiyang Jiuzhen point on serum endothelin(ET),endothelial-derived hyperpolarizing factor(EDHF)and nitric oxide(NO)levels in patients with stroke sequelae.Methods Ninety-four patients with stroke sequelae admitted to our hospital from December 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n =47)treated with routine treatment,and treatment group(n =47)treated with acupuncture at Huiyang Jiuzhen point in the basis of routine treatment for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,neurological deficit,and physiological function were compared between the two groups,and ET,EDHF and NO levels were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The total clinical effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group(95.74%vs.76.60%,χ2=7.231,P =0.007).After treatment,the neurological deficit scores were decreased and the physiological function scores were increased,which were better in the treatment group than that in the control group(P <0.05).The level of ET after treatment was lower than that before treatment,while the levels of EDHF and NO were higher than those before treatment,which were better in the treatment group than that in the control group(P <0.05).The scores of quality of life in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,which were higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Huiyang Jiuzhen point has a good clinical effect in treating stroke sequelae.It can improve the neurological and physiological function of patients,regulate vascular endothelial cell function and improve the quality of life.更多还原
