【摘要】 目的:分析熊去氧胆酸对行肝胆结石胆道镜取石术患者肝功能的影响。方法:选取2017年2月—2019年2月本院收治的肝胆结石患者80例,以随机数字表法分为两组,均40例。所有患者均行胆道镜取石术,对照组使用注射用头孢噻肟钠(2 g,bid)、异甘草酸镁注射液(100 mg,qd)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加入熊去氧胆酸片(250 mg,tid)治疗。比较两组胆壁厚度、胆囊收缩功能、肝功能及临床症状消失情况。结果 :与对照组比较,观察组治疗后胆壁厚度值较低,胆囊收缩功能较高,丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBil)均较低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组腹胀、胆绞痛及右上腹不适症状消失率均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :行肝胆结石胆道镜取石术的同时予以熊去氧胆酸治疗,可显著改善肝胆结石患者胆囊收缩功能与肝功能,降低胆囊壁厚,改善术后临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the effect of ursodeoxycholic acid on liver functions of the patients undergoing choledochoscopic lithotripsy for hepatolithiasis. Methods: 80 patients with hepatolithiasis admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases each. All patients underwent choledochoscopic lithotripsy. The patients in the control group were treated with cefotaxime sodium for injection(2 g, bid) and magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection(100 mg, qd), and the patients in the observation group were further treated with ursodeoxycholic acid tablets(250 mg, tid). The biliary wall thickness, gallbladder contraction function, liver functions and the disappearance situation of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results: The patients in the observation group had lower biliary wall thickness, higher gallbladder contraction function and lower alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and total bilirubin(TBil) levels than the patients in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The disappearance rates of abdominal distension, biliary colic and right upper abdominal discomfort in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Ursodeoxycholic acid treatment combined with choledochoscopic lithotripsy for hepatolithiasis can significantly improve gallbladder contraction function and liver functions, reduce gallbladder wall thickness and improve the clinical symptoms of the patients after operation.更多还原
