【摘要】 目的:探讨黏膜下注射地塞米松对阻生下颌第三磨牙拔除术后肿胀的影响。方法:选取本院2017年1月—2018年3月收治的需拔除阻生下颌第三磨牙患者102例,依据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各51例。对照组术前于黏膜下注射0.9%氯化钠注射液,试验组术前于黏膜下注射地塞米松(5 mg),比较两组术后面部肿胀程度、张口限度、疼痛程度、生活质量评分及不良反应情况。结果:试验组术后面部肿胀程度、张口限度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组术后VAS、Po SSe评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:黏膜下注射地塞米松可减轻阻生下颌第三磨牙拔除术后患者的面部肿胀程度及疼痛程度,改善开口限度和生活质量,且安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of submucosal injection of dexamethasone on swelling after extracting impacted mandibular third molars. Methods:102 patients who underwent the extraction of impacted mandibular third molars in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, 51 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with 0.9%sodium chloride injection by submucosal injection before operation, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with dexamethasone(5 mg) by submucosal injection before operation. The degree of facial swelling, mouth opening limit, pain degree, quality of life score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The degree of facial swelling and mouth opening limit in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of VAS and PoSSe in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically signi?cant(P<0.05). There was no statistically signi?cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Submucosal injection of dexamethasone can reduce the degree of facial swelling and pain in patients after extracting impacted mandibular third molars and improve opening limit and quality of life, and has high safety.更多还原
