【摘要】 目的:分析盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效及对患儿中性粒细胞功能的影响。方法 :选取2015年1月—2016年12月我院收治的200例支气管肺炎患儿作为观察对象,根据治疗方案的不同分为观察组与对照组,各100例。对照组采用常规阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用盐酸氨溴索注射液(六岁及以下患儿7.5 mg,bid;7岁及以上患儿15 mg,bid)治疗。观察两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间以及中性粒细胞功能的变化,以及不良反应发生情况。结果 :观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,症状缓解时间短于对照组,中性粒细胞吞噬率和杀伤率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论 :盐酸氨溴索联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效显著,可有效改善患儿的中性粒细胞功能,缩短症状缓解时间,且安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin in the treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia and its effect on neutrophil functions. Methods: 200 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as observation subjects, and they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different treatment options, 100 cases each. The children in the control group were treated with conventional azithromycin sequential therapy, and the children in the observation group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride injection(7.5 mg for children aged 6 and younger, bid; 15 mg for children aged 7 and older, bid). The clinical efficacy, symptom remission time, changes in neutrophil functions as well as adverse events in the two groups were observed. Results: The effective rate of the treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the symptom remission time was shorter than that in the control group, and the phagocytosis rate and killing rate of neutrophils were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). There were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period. Conclusion: Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin is significantly effective in the treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia, which can effectively improve the neutrophil functions and shorten the symptom remission time, and has high safety.更多还原
