【摘要】 目的:通过参考文献总结造模方法,以此改进达到快速、有效、经典的兔骨髓炎模型制备方法。方法:以"骨髓炎模型"、"骨髓炎动物模型"为关键词在知网、万方、维普等数据库进行检索,并对详细描述建立骨髓炎模型并成功的文献进行筛选,对符合标准的文献分析总结。结果:筛选后得出了符合标准的22篇中文文献和12篇外文文献,分析后总结为6类模型制备方法。结论:通过与人体相近的骨髓炎动物模型探索,可以制备出方法简便、成功率高、时间短、成本低的理想模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: By summarizing the modeling method based on literature review, to establish a fast, effective and classic method of rabbit osteomyelitis model. Methods: The key words such as "osteomyelitis model" and "animal model of osteomyelitis" were selected to search in databases of HowNet, Wanfang, Weipu, etc. The documents describing the establishment of osteomyelitis models were successfully screened and analyzed.Results: After screening, 22 Chinese literatures and 12 foreign literatures were obtained, which were analyzed and classified into 6 types of model establishment methods.Conclusion: By exploring animal models of osteomyelitis similar to the human, an ideal model with simple method, high success rate, short time, and low cost may be prepared.更多还原
