【摘要】 目的研究鼻咽解毒颗粒及其增强剂对鼻咽癌细胞HNE1增殖、侵袭及凋亡的影响。方法分别以鼻咽解毒颗粒、鼻咽解毒增强剂灌胃大鼠,制成含药血浆作为观察药物,并以蒸馏水灌胃大鼠制成无含药血浆作为阴性对照,以顺铂注射液为阳性对照,分别在鼻咽癌HNE1细胞进行CCK-8细胞增殖实验、细胞划痕实验、Transwell侵袭实验及细胞凋亡实验,观察药物对鼻咽癌细胞增殖、侵袭及凋亡的效果。结果鼻咽解毒颗粒可抑制鼻咽癌细胞增殖、运动以及侵袭能力,鼻咽解毒增强剂抑制作用更强,但都弱于顺铂的抑制作用。鼻咽解毒颗粒可促进鼻咽癌细胞凋亡,鼻咽解毒增强剂促进作用更强,但都弱于顺铂的促进作用,而鼻咽解毒颗粒及其增强剂对细胞毒性作用弱于顺铂。结论鼻咽解毒颗粒可抑制鼻咽癌细胞增殖、侵袭并促进其凋亡,从而发挥抗肿瘤作用;鼻咽解毒增强剂作用更明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of nasopharyngeal detoxification granule and its enhancer on proliferation, invasion and apoptosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma HNE1 cells. Methods Medicated rat plasma containing distilled water(negative control), nasopharyngeal detoxification granule, nasopharyngeal detoxification enhancer and cisplatin(positive control)were prepared and applied to nasopharyngeal carcinoma HNE1 cells. Cell proliferation was measured using CCK-8; mobilization and invasion of cells were observed by scratching and transwell experiment. The flow cytometry was used to detect apoptosis of cells. Results Nasopharyngeal detoxification granule can inhibit the proliferation,mobilization and invasion of nasopharyngeal cancer cells. The inhibitory effect of nasopharyngeal detoxification enhancer is stronger than nasopharyngeal detoxification granule, but it is weaker than that of cisplatin. Nasopharyngeal detoxification granules can promote apoptosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells,and nasopharyngeal detoxification enhancers have stronger effects than it,but both are weaker than cisplatin.The cytotoxic effects of nasopharyngeal detoxification granule and enhancer were weaker than that of cisplatin.Conclusion Nasopharyngeal detoxification granules can inhibit the proliferation and invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells,promote their apoptosis,and play an anti-tumor role. The effect of nasopharyngeal detoxification enhancer was more obvious.更多还原
