【摘要】 患者男,31岁,额部增生物半年余。查体:头皮额部见1×0. 8 cm大小的红褐色半球形光滑丘疹,无触痛。皮损组织病理检查显示,真皮内弥漫性密集梭形细胞增生,呈席纹状、旋涡状排列,真皮浅层较多Touton巨细胞浸润;免疫组织化学标记:CD68 (+),CK (-),CD34(-),SMA(-),S-100(-),HMB45(-),MelanA(-),CD138(-)。诊断为成人型黄色肉芽肿,予以行手术切除。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 31-year-old male presented growth on his scalp for more than half a year. Physical examination showed a red brownish hemispherical smooth papule on his forehead,with no tenderness in a size of 1 cm × 0. 8 cm. The histopathology revealed proliferation number of dense spindle-shaped cells arranged in storiform and whorled pattern in the whole dermis. Many Touton giant cells were observed in the superficial dermis.Immunohistochemical staining showed positive stain of CD68,while the stain of CK,CD34,SMA,S-100,HMB45,MelanA and CD138 was all negative. The patient was diagnosed as solitary adult xanthogranuloma.更多还原
