【摘要】 患者女,62岁。"感冒"后出现左咽部疼痛、声音嘶哑4d。查体:全身皮肤未见异常,悬雍垂右偏,左侧咽反射减弱,软腭抬举不良。电子喉镜:双侧杓状软骨黏膜明显水肿,以左侧为重,左侧杓状软骨固定,其黏膜表面局部突出糜烂。初步诊断:喉部带状疱疹。给予抗病毒、糖皮质激素、营养神经、抗生素治疗。治疗9d后咽痛明显减轻,声音嘶哑明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 62-year-old woman presented with left pharynx pain and hoarseness for four days after cold. Physical examination shoued no abnormalities in the whole body skin. The uvula skewed to the right,the left pharyngeal reflex was weakened and the left soft palate was not lifted. Electronic laryngoscope: bilateral arytenoid cartilage mucosa was markedly edema,left arytenoid cartilage mucosa was heavy,left arytenoid cartilage mucosa surface was protruded erosion,left arytenoid cartilage was fixed. Diagnosis:herpes zoster of the larynx. Antiviral drugs,corticosteroids,nerve nutrition drugs and antibiotics therapy were administered for nine days. The patient’ s pharynx pain was relieved and hoarseness was significantly improved.更多还原
