【Abstract】 In the new media era, users have a wide demand for decision-making information, which has become a new direction of information service transformation of libraries of colleges and universities. Libraries of colleges and universities should work around users’ decision-making needs, actively innovate information service mechanism, and strive to improve the level of decision-making support services. Information services of libraries of colleges and universities should change to the direction of knowledge services, diversified services,and active services, strengthen communication with users, adjust service concepts and working methods according to user needs, provide all-round decision assistance, form a new service model that adapts to the new media environment, and enhance the social competitiveness of information services of libraries of colleges and universities.更多还原
