【摘要】 1例37岁女性患者,以"左乳癌术后1月"为主诉入院。入院诊断为左乳侵润性导管癌术后,经评价无化疗禁忌,制定行术后辅助化疗,化疗后行内分泌治疗方案。予以多西他赛+环磷酰胺化疗,同时辨证论治加以服用中药方剂。该过程中中药临床药师根据患者情况提供用药建议并建立个体用药监护计划。患者经过5 d的住院治疗,化疗顺利予以出院。更多还原

【Abstract】 One 37-year-old female patient was admitted to hospital with left breast cancer 1 month after surgery. The hospitalized diagnosis was post-surgery of left breast invasive ductal carcinoma. No chemotherapy contraindications were found. Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy was developed,and then endocrine therapy was performed. Docetaxel plus cyclophosphamide chemotherapy was performed,and traditional Chinese medicine was given according to syndrome differentiation. During the treatment,Chinese medicine clinical pharmacist provided medication recommendations based on the patient’s condition and established an individual medication monitoring program. After 5-day hospitalization,the patient was discharged with improved condition.更多还原
