【摘要】 目的:优选气血双补滴丸的成型工艺。方法:以滴丸的外观综合得分为评价指标,在单因素试验基础上,选取基质的组成、基质与浸膏的比例、储药罐的温度为考察因素,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优选气血双补滴丸的成型工艺。结果:最佳制备工艺条件为:以相对密度为1. 27 g·ml-1的浸膏为原料,以聚乙二醇(PEG) 4000/PEG6000=2. 06为基质,采用内径/外径为1. 94 mm/2. 90 mm的滴头,基质/浸膏=2. 96,储药罐的温度为65℃,冷凝液为液体石蜡,冷凝液温度为梯度下降(上层为10℃,下层为0℃),滴距为5 cm,滴速为40滴/min,冷凝液柱长50 cm。结论:本文优化了滴丸的制备工艺,且工艺合理、简便可行,为工业化生产提供了参考。

【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize the molding technology for Qixue Shuangbu dropping pills. Methods: On the basis of single factor tests,the matrix ratio,ratio of matrix to extract and material temperature were taken as the independent variables,Box-Behnken response surface design was adopted to optimize the preparation process with appearance quality as the index. Results: The optimal preparation process was as follows: the extract with density of 1. 27 g·ml-1was used as the raw material,PEG4000/PEG6000 (2. 06)was applied as the matrix,the emitter with ID/OD of 1. 94 mm/2. 90 mm was used,the ratio of matrix to extract was 2. 96,the material temperature was at 65 ℃,atolein was used as the refrigerant with a gradient cooling model (the upper temperature was 10℃ and the lower temperature was 0℃),the dropping distance was 5 cm,the dripping speed was 40 drops per minute,and the cooling column length was 50 cm. Conclusion: The optimized preparation technology of dropping pills is simple and feasible,which can be used for large-scale production.
