芩连翘皮方保护内毒素诱导急性肺损伤小鼠的作用机制
Mechanism of Qinlian Qiaopi prescription in protecting acute lung injury mice induced by endotoxin
【摘要】 目的:研究芩连翘皮方保护内毒素诱导急性肺损伤小鼠的作用机制。方法:选取实验小鼠腹腔注射内毒素5mg/kg,复制急性肺损伤动物模型。将小鼠随机分为空白对照组、内毒素注射组、地塞米松组和芩连翘皮方组,分析各组小鼠的变化情况。结果:芩连翘皮方能够有效减轻内毒素诱导的肺组织病理学变化,快速降低小鼠肺泡灌洗液中炎症细胞的数目,降低肺湿/干比重,降低丙二醛水平,降低p38丝裂原激活蛋白激酶与核转录因子-κBP65蛋白,提升超氧化物歧化酶水平。结论:使用芩连翘皮方能够有效减轻内毒素所引起的急性肺损伤,对于内毒素所引起的急性肺损伤有较强的保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the mechanism of Qinlian Qiaopi prescription(芩连翘皮方) in protecting acute lung injury mice induced by endotoxin. Methods: Mice were injected with endotoxin 5 mg/kg intraperitoneally to replicate the animal model of acute lung injury. Mice were randomly divided into blank control group, endotoxin injection group, dexamethasone group and Qinlian Qiaopi prescription group, and the changes of mice in each group were analyzed. Results: Qinlian Qiaopi prescription could effectively relieve the pathological changes of lung tissue induced by endotoxin, rapidly reduce the number of inflammatory cells in alveolar lavage fluid of mice, reduce the specific gravity of lung moisture and dryness, lower the level of malondialdehyde, lower the level of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase and the nuclear transcription factor kappa BP65, and raise the level of superoxide dismutase. Conclusion: Qinlian Qiaopi prescription could effectively reduce acute lung injury caused by endotoxin and had a strong protective effect on acute lung injury caused by endotoxin.
