【摘要】 目的:研究桑杷止咳汤治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效及有效性。方法:选取2018年6月-2018年12月我院接诊的急性发作期慢性支气管炎患者68例作为研究对象,随机均分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组患者接受常规西药治疗,观察组患者接受桑杷止咳汤治疗,对比两组方法的临床疗效及有效性。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组患者,咳痰好转时间、喘息消失时间、血常规正常时间均早于对照组患者,并且观察组不良反应率低于对照组患者,(P <0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论:慢性支气管炎急性发作期应用桑杷止咳汤治疗疗效好,见效快,并且不良反应小安全性高,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical efficacy and effectiveness of Sangpa Zhike Decoction (桑杷止咳汤) in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with acute bronchitis who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 34 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. The patients in the experimental group were treated with Sangpa Zhike Decoction. The clinical efficacy and effectiveness of the two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The time of cough improvement, the time of wheezing disappearance, and the normal time of blood routine were earlier than those of the control group, and the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,(P < 0.05)(the difference was of statistical significance). Conclusion: The application of Sangpa Zhike Decoction in the acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis is effective, and the side effects are small and safe, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
