【摘要】 目的:观察肺康复训练联合中药补肾固本冲剂在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)患者治疗中的疗效。方法:纳入病例为2018年3-9月于徐州市中医院肺病科接受治疗的慢阻肺患者,所有患者符合2018年《慢阻肺诊断、治疗与预防全球倡议(GOLD)》指南诊断标准,分为A、B两组,A组行康复训练,B组在康复训练基础上配合中药补肾固本冲剂。经3个月治疗后,对比两种方案的肺功能、6分钟步行试验、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(COPD Assessment Test,CAT)和临床疗效。结果:经康复治疗后,患者肺功能、6分钟步行试验及CAT评分治疗前明显改善,且服用中药组患者改善更明显,康复治疗后的乏力、气喘、心慌等不适症状明显减少。结论:坚持有效的功能康复训练配合中药补肾固本冲剂能够明显改善咳嗽气喘症状,提高生活质量,增强运动耐力,是慢阻肺患者稳定期的可选择方案之一,值得推广及应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe efficacy of pulmonary rehabilitation training plus the Bushen Guben granule( 补肾固本冲剂) on COPD. Methods: Patients were divided into group A and group B. Group A was given rehabilitation training; group B was given the Bushen Guben granules more. After 3 months, the lung function, 6-minute walk test, CAT score and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results: After rehabilitation, the patients’ lung function, 6-minute walk test and CAT score were improved significantly, and those in group B was improved more obviously, and the symptoms such as fatigue, wheezing and palpitation in rehabilitation treatment were significantly reduced. Conclusion: Pulmonary function rehabilitation plus the Bushen Guben granules can significantly improve the symptoms of cough and asthma, improve the quality of life and exercise endurance. It is one of the options for the stable phase of COPD patients, is worth promoting and applying.更多还原
