【摘要】 目的:探究激光治疗雀斑患者的护理要点及健康教育方式。方法:选取我院2017年4月-2018年4月收治的激光治疗雀斑患者200例,按"简单随机"法分组,每组100例。一组为对照组(常规护理),另一组为观察组(再联合针对性护理干预)。对比两组患者疗效、护理满意度指标。结果:观察组患者实施针对性护理干预后,疗效和护理满意度指标均取得了良好的效果,与对照组相比,P <0.05。结论:对采取激光治疗雀斑患者实施针对性护理干预后,患者疗效指标改善效果佳,且护理满意度指标效果理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the nursing points and health education methods of laser therapy for patients with freckles. Methods: 200 patients with freckles treated with laser therapy admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected and divided into 100 patients in each group according to the "simple random" method. One group was the control group(routine nursing), and the other group was the observation group(combined with targeted nursing intervention). The efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: After the implementation of targeted nursing intervention in the observation group, both efficacy and nursing satisfaction indexes achieved good results, compared with the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: After the targeted nursing intervention for the patients with freckles by laser treatment, the patients’ curative effect index improved well, and the nursing satisfaction index effect was ideal.更多还原
