【摘要】 目的:探究温针灸联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2015年3月-2018年3月收治的82例脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者为研究对象,将其按随机数字表法分为A组(41例)和B组(41例)。B组患者行康复训练治疗,A组患者行温针灸联合康复训练治疗。干预1个月后,观察两组患者的临床疗效、比较两组患者治疗后的视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale, VAS)及Barthel指数(Modified Barthel Index, MBI)。结果:A组患者治疗前VAS评分为(7.08±4.7)分,高于B组[(7.03±4.61)分,P> 0.05];治疗1个月后VAS评分为(2.05±1.07)分,显著低于B组[(4.02±2.17)分,P <0.05]。A组患者的总有效率(87.80%)显著高于B组患者的(63.41%),差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=9.677,P <0.05)。结论:温针灸联合康复训练治疗肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者可取得较佳的临床疗效,患者的疼痛和肿胀程度得到了缓解,生活自理能力给予显著提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the efficacy of warm acupuncture plus rehabilitation training on stage Ⅰ of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke. Methods: 82 patients were randomly divided into group A and group B, 41 cases in each group. Patients in group B received rehabilitation training, and group A were given warm acupuncture more. Results: The VAS scores in group A were(7.08±4.7) points before treatment, higher than(7.03±4.61) points in group B(P>0.05); and(2.05±1.07) points after1 month treatment, significantly lower than(4.02±2.17) points in group B(P<0.05). The total effective rate in group A was 87.80%, significantly higher than 63.41% in group B(χ~2=9.677,P<0.05). Conclusion: warm acupuncture plus rehabilitation training on stage Ⅰ of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke can achieve better effects, the pain and swelling of patients are further relieved, and their self-care ability is significantly improved.更多还原
