【摘要】 目的:探讨自拟祛疣汤联合太诺清妇科白带片在妇科带下病合并宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(Human Papilloma Virus,HPV)感染患者中的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年3月我院诊治的120例妇科带下病合并宫颈高危型HPV感染患者资料进行分析,采用随机对照方法将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用太诺清妇科白带片治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合祛疣汤治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:实验组治疗总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组(P <0.05);实验组治疗满意率为96.7%,显著高于对照组(80.0%)(P <0.05);两组治疗前宫颈炎积分及相对光单位/临床阈值(Relative Light Units/Cut Off,RLU/CO)差异不显著,不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05);实验组治疗后宫颈炎积分及RLU/CO值显著低于对照组(P <0.05);两组患者治疗前证候积分差异不显著(P> 0.05);实验组治疗后临床症状积分显著低于对照组(P <0.05);实验组临床证候差值显著高于对照组(P <0.05);实验组不良反应发生率为5.0%,显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:妇科带下病合并宫颈高危型HPV感染患者在太诺清妇科白带片治疗基础上联合祛疣汤外用治疗效果理想,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of the Quyou decoction (祛疣汤) plus Tainuoqing gynecology leucorrhea tablets (太诺清妇科白带片) on gynecological disease plus cervical high-risk HPV infection. Methods: 120 cases were divided into two groups. The control group was given Tainuoqing gynecology leucorrhea tablets; and the experimental group was given the Quyou decoction more. Results: The total efficiency in the experimental group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than 90.0% in the control group(P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction rate in the experimental group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than 80.0% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the cervicitis score and RLU/CO value in the experimental group were significantly lower(P>0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom score in the experimental group was significantly lower(P<0.05). The clinical syndrome difference in the experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.0%, which was significantly lower than 11.7% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Quyou decoction plus Tainuoqing gynecology leucorrhea tablets on gynecological disease plus cervical high-risk HPV infection showed a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.更多还原
