冬虫夏草制剂治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的应用探讨

【摘要】 目的:探讨冬虫夏草制剂治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的应用效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年6月我院收治的64例慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者为研究对象,依据随机分配原则分成两组,对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上使用冬虫夏草制剂,对比两种方案实施效果。结果:治疗后,两组的血尿酸、24 h尿蛋白低于治疗前,观察组的数值低于对照组的数值,治疗后,两组的肌酐、尿素氮低于治疗前,肾小球滤过率高于治疗前,观察组的肌酐、尿素氮低于对照组,肾小球滤过率高于对照组,统计学有意义(P <0.05)。结论:冬虫夏草制剂治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的应用效果显著,改善了症状和指标,提高了疗效,值得应用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of cordyceps sinensis preparation in treating chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria. Methods: Sixty-four patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria treated in our hospital from February 2017 to June 2018 were selected as study objects. They were divided into two groups according to the principle of random allocation. The control group received routine treatment while the observation group received cordyceps sinensis preparation on the basis of the treatment of the control group, the implementation effect of the two groups was compared. Results: After treatment, 24 h urine protein and blood uric acid of two groups were lower than those before the treatment, the numerical value of the observation group was lower than that of the control group; after treatment, the creatinine and urea nitrogen of two groups were lower than those before the treatment, the glomerular filtration rate was higher than that before the treatment, the creatinine and urea nitrogen of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the glomerular filtration rate was higher than that of the control group, the difference was the statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Cordyceps sinensis was effective in treating chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria, improving symptoms and indicators, improving curative effect and it was worthy of application.
