【摘要】 目的:建立舒肝利胆合剂中金钱草、黄芩、延胡索的薄层色谱(Thin Layer Chromatography,TLC)鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法分别对制剂中的金钱草、黄芩、延胡索进行了定性鉴别。结果:黄芩、延胡索的薄层色谱法鉴别斑点清晰,专属性强,阴性无干扰;金钱草斑点不清晰。结论:黄芩、延胡索的薄层色谱法鉴别方法简便,重现性好,可用于舒肝利胆合剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the distinguish method of Jinqiancao(金钱草), Huangqin(黄芩) and Yanhusuo(延胡索) in the Shugan Lidan mixture(舒肝利胆合剂) by Thin Layer Chromatography(TLC). Methods: Jinqiancao, Huangqin and Yanhusuo in the Shugan Lidan mixture were identified by TLC. Results: Huangqin and Yanhusuo were identified clear spots, strong specificity, negative interference, and unclear spots of Jinqiancao. Conclusion: The identification of Huangqin and Yanhusuo by TLC is simple,with high repeatability, can be used to control the quality of the Shugan Lidan mixture.更多还原
