【摘要】 本研究参照系统综述的方法,对近20年穴位贴敷治疗慢性心力衰竭(Chronic Heart Failure,CHF)的国内文献进行评价,探讨穴位贴敷治疗CHF的用药及选穴规律。结果显示穴位贴敷治疗CHF多选用心俞、内关、膻中、肺俞诸穴,贴敷方药的选择乃基于CHF气虚为本、瘀血痰饮为标的基本病机,重用活血、化痰利水之品,辅助以补益、温里药物,开窍药物的加入则是起到引领导航、增加药效的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Referring to the methods of systematic review, the domestic literature on the treatment of chronic heart failure with acupoint application for the last 20 years was evaluated, which was in order to discuss the laws of drug use and acupoint selection of acupoint application in treating CHF. The results showed that treating CHF with acupoint application usually selected Xinshu( 心 俞), Neiguan( 内关), Danzhong( 膻中), Feishu( 肺俞), etc.. The choice of prescription was based on the basic pathogenesis of CHF that is Qixu( 气虚) and Yuxue Tanyin( 瘀血痰饮). Medications of Huoxue( 活血) and Huatan Lishui( 化痰利水) were used most, auxiliary to medications of Buyi( 补益) and Wenli( 温里). Medications of Kaiqiao( 开窍) was used to leading and increase the efficacy of the medicine.更多还原
