【摘要】 目的:观察腰间盘突出症治疗中,以小针刀治疗的临床效果。方法:选取本院2017年1-12月收治的200例腰椎间盘突出症患者为观察对象,并将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组患者各为100例;对照组患者以针灸及推拿治疗,治疗组则以小针刀疗法治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后对照组疼痛评分为(4.1±2.4)分,治疗总有效率为86.0%;治疗组疼痛评分为(3.6±2.0)分,治疗总有效率为93.0%。结果对比,治疗组效果更优,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:治疗腰椎间盘突出症当中,实施小针刀疗法,能够显著降低患者疼痛,效果明显,值得在临床中应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of small needle knife therapy on lumbar disc herniation. Methods: From January to December 2017, 200 cases were divided into two groups, 100 cases in each. The control group was given acupuncture and massage therapy;and the treatment group was given small needle knife therapy. Results: After treatment, the total efficiency in the control group was 86.0%;the pain score was(4.1±2.4) scores. The total efficiency in the treatment group was 93.0%; the pain score was(3.6±2.0) scores(P<0.05).Conclusion: Small needle knife therapy on lumbar disc herniation shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.更多还原
