【摘要】 目的研究益气活血方联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗椎动脉型颈椎病(气血不足证)的临床疗效。方法将84例椎动脉型颈椎病患者按随机数字表法分成两组,对照组用甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上用益气活血方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应、改良颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)评分、血流动力学指标。结果研究组总有效率为92.86%,显著高于对照组的76.19%(P <0.05);治疗2周后两组血流动力学各项指标均较治疗前改善(P <0.05),治疗3周后两组血流动力学各项指标均较本组治疗前及治疗后1周改善(P <0.05),同时研究组的改善情况优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗2周后两组改良ESCV评分各项指标均较治疗前改善(P <0.05)。治疗3周后两组改良ESCV评分各项指标均较本组治疗前及治疗后1周改善(P <0.05),同时研究组的改善情况优于对照组(P <0.05);研究组不良反应率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论益气活血方联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗椎动脉型颈椎病可显著提高临床疗效,改善患者颈部血流循环,提高患者的生活能力,且安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with betahistine mesylate on plasma endothelin(ET) and hemodynamics of cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy of Qi-blood deficiency type. Methods: 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in each. The control group received the betahistine mesylate,based on which,the study group received Yiqi Huoxue Decoction. The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,ESCV scores and hemodynamics of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.86% vs 76.19%,P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in hemodynamic indexes and improving ESCV scores before and 1 weeks after treatment(P > 0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment,they were improved(P <0.05). After 3 weeks,they were improved compared with those before treatment and 1 week after treatment(P <0.05). The improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The overall incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study group than in the control group. Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with betahistine mesylate can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,the cervical blood circulation and the ability of life of patients,with good safety.更多还原
