【摘要】 目的应用Meta分析的方法评价灯盏花素治疗老年冠心病的疗效及安全性。方法使用"灯盏花素、老年、冠心病、心绞痛"为检索词,通过计算机检索Cochrane试验资料库(2018年第1期)、Embase(1966年至2018年3月)、Pubmed(1966年至2018年3月)、中国学术文献总库(CNKI)(1979年至2018年3月)、中文科技期刊数据库(1989年至2018年3月)、万方数字期刊库(1981年至2018年3月),筛选出入选的文章,评价文章的质量,从文章中提取数据,应用RevMan 5.3软件对提取的数据进行Meta分析。结果初步检索出123篇文献,根据选取标准共有6篇文献符合。从症状疗效来分析:χ~2=0.97,df=5,P=0.96,合并OR=4.88,95%CI[3.09,7.69],Z=6.82(P <0.00001);从心电图疗效来分析:χ~2=7.88,df=5,P=0.16,合并OR=3.44,95%CI[2.31,5.13],Z=6.06(P <0.00001)。结论灯盏花素注射液治疗老年冠心病心绞痛能有效缓解症状及改善心电图,且无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of breviscapine on coronary heart disease in the elderly with meta-analysis. Methods: "Breviscapine,old age,coronary heart disease,angina pectoris" as search terms,computer retrieval of Cochrane trial database(issue 01 of 2018),Embase(1966-2018.03),Pubmed(1966-2018.03),Chinese Academic Literature Database(CNKI)(1979-2018.03),Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(1989-2018.03),Wan Fang Digital Journal library(1981-2018.03) was selected and evaluated. Data was extracted from the articles,and RevMan 5.3 software was used to perform meta-analysis. Results: 123 documents were initially retrieved,and 6 documents were in accordance with the selection criteria. Analysis from the effect of symptoms: χ~2=0.97,df =5,P = 0.96,combined OR =4.88,95% CI [3.09,7.69],Z = 6.82(P < 0.00001).Analysis from the effect of electrocardiogram: χ~2=7.88,df=5,P = 0.16,combined OR=3.44,95%CI[2.31,5.13],Z =6.06(P < 0.00001). Conclusion: Breviscapine Injection on angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease can effectively relieve symptoms and improve electrocardiogram with no obvious adverse reaction.更多还原
