【摘要】 为了完善高职院校学生工匠精神培育效果评价和质量保障机制,使得工匠精神培育工作取得更大成效,分别调查高职院校学生、教师和用人合作企业,明晰工匠精神培育总体效果、工匠精神培育实际效果、工匠精神培育效果评价机制、工匠精神培育质量保障机制等现状,剖析存在的问题,提出针对性的策略建议:在人才培养全要素中融入工匠精神培育,提升学生工匠精神培育整体效果;强化工匠精神培育效果薄弱环节的工作力度,促进学生工匠精神全面提高;统一学生工匠精神考核评价标准,科学制定工匠精神培育效果考核评价办法;建立健全工匠精神培育质量保障机制,加强学生工匠精神培育过程精细化管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve the effect evaluation and quality assurance mechanism for students’ craftsman spirit cultivation in higher vocational colleges and make great progress in craftsman spirit cultivation,this paper makes investigation on the students and the teachers and cooperative enterprises in higher vocational colleges,observes the current situations about the craftsman spirit cultivation,like the overall and actual effect,the effect evaluation mechanism and the quality assurance mechanism,and dissects the existing problems.Based on this,the contrapuntal strategic suggestions are put forward:Integrating the craftsman spirit cultivation into all the factors of talents cultivation to improve the overall effect of students’ craftsman spirit cultivation;strengthening the weaknesses during the craftsman spirit cultivation to facilitate the all-round advance in students’ craftsman spirit;unifying the assessment and evaluation standard of students’ craftsman spirit to scientifically formulate the assessment and evaluation methods of craftsman spirit cultivation;establishing the quality assurance mechanism to strengthen the delicacy management of students’ craftsman spirit cultivation.更多还原
