【Abstract】 The diagnosis and improvement of teaching work is based on the improvement of the quality of talents training,with the orientation of market demand,to deepen teaching reform,which is an effective measure to ensure the quality of talents training.Aiming at the analysis of various problems in teaching diagnosis in secondary vocational schools,this paper explores the effective ways to improve teachers ’ teaching ability in teaching diagnosis and improvement,and puts forward innovative teaching strategies,teaching methods and teaching modes through targeted training and self-perception of teachers.
