【摘要】 目的:研究产科病房母婴分离产妇母乳采集的方法。方法:选择100例母婴分离可实施母乳喂养的产妇随机分为2组,对照组采用手挤奶法采集母乳,观察组采用分阶段联合吸奶法采集母乳。比较2组产妇泌乳启动时间、产后不同时段母乳采集量、母乳采集执行率及产妇母乳喂养自信度。结果:观察组产妇泌乳启动时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不同时段母乳采集量多于对照组,且母乳采集量随时相改变(P<0.05)。观察组母乳采集执行率及产妇母乳喂养自信度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:母婴分离产妇采用分阶段联合吸奶法,可缩短泌乳始动时间,增加母乳采集量,增强产妇母乳喂养信心,对促进母乳喂养成功具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the method of collecting mother’s milk from maternal-infant separation in obstetric ward. [Method] 100 maternities who could be breastfed separately were randomly divided into two groups. The control group used hand milking method to collect breast milk, while the observation group used stage-by-stage combined sucking method to collect breast milk. The starting time of lactation, the amount of breast milk collected at different time after delivery, the rate of execution of breast milk collection and the confidence of breast-feeding were compared between the two groups. [Result] The starting time of lactation in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05). The amount of breast milk collected in the observation group was more than that in the control group at different time points, and the amount of breast milk collected changed with time(P<0.05). The implementation rate of breast milk collection and breast-feeding self-confidence in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The stage-by-stage combined sucking method can shorten the starting time of lactation, increase the amount of breast milk collected, and enhance the confidence of maternities in breast-feeding. It is of great significance to promote the success of breast-feeding.更多还原
