上中切牙全瓷冠牙体预备的数字化评价

【摘要】 目的:研究口内扫描仪和计算机辅助设计软件在上中切牙全瓷冠牙体预备教学评价中的应用效果。方法:选择12名住院医师规范化培训学员,使用上中切牙树脂牙模型在仿真头模上进行全瓷冠牙体预备练习,采用3Shape TRIOS口内扫描仪和配套设计软件扫描和分析牙体预备情况,将结果反馈给学员。2周以后再次进行牙体预备和评估,比较2次预备的差异。结果:学员第二次牙体预备时舌面预备量和倒凹深度的合格率显著增加(P<0.05),唇面预备量、切端预备量、肩台宽度和近远中聚合度的合格率没有明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:口腔数字化印模技术结合CAD软件可以用于牙体预备教学评估并有利于提高学员牙体预备成绩。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To evaluate students’ full-crown preparation of incisors by digital oral scanner and computer-aided design software. [Method] Twelve dental students attending the standardized residents training program were enrolled in this study and asked to prepare a maxillary left incisor resin teeth(A5 A-200, Nissin, Kyoto, Japan) on dental training simulation system(NS-100 S, Nissin, Kyoto, Japan) according to the standard of all-ceramic crown. Those teeth were scanned and assessed by 3 Shape TRIOS oral scanner and 3 Shape TRIOS Design Studio 3 D software. All students were showed the shortage of their preparations. Two weeks later, the exercise were carried out again and students’ performances assessed again. Chi-square test was applied to show the difference between two tests. [Result] The qualified rates of lingual reductions and undercut depths increased in the second exercise(P<0.05), while the qualified rates of facial reductions, incisal reductions, shoulder depths and mesiodistal occlusal convergences didn’t change significantly(P>0.05). [Conclusion] Digital oral scanner combined with CAD software is a helpful way to visibly and precisely evaluate tooth preparations and improve student’s performance.
