【摘要】 目的通过检索相关文献并进行筛选、整理、统计、分析出大黄?虫丸在肿瘤治疗方面的应用病种及适应证,为临床肿瘤研究和应用拓宽思路,提供用药参考依据。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、Pub Med及The Cochrane Library,从建库至2017年10月20日以大黄?虫丸治疗肿瘤为主要研究对象的现代文献,并对纳入文献进行统计分析。结果大黄?虫丸应用于肿瘤类的疾病共有15种,依次为子宫肌瘤(11),肝癌(8),慢性粒细胞白血病(4),胃癌(3),肺癌(3)。在用药上单独运用或中西医联合运用。大黄?虫丸所治肿瘤类疾病的中医证型共有11种,依次为瘀血内结(9),气虚血瘀(3),气滞血瘀(3),痰瘀互结(2),肝郁气滞(1)等。结论大黄?虫丸为治疗肿瘤的有效方剂,但还需要更大样本量的临床研究进一步去验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the retrieval of relevant literature and screening,sorting,statistics and analysis of the application of Dahuang Zhechong pill in the field of tumor and indications,to provide reference basis for the clinical tumor research and the application of widening ideas.Methods To retrieve the modern literatures of CNKI,WANFANG,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed and The Cochrane Library from the establishment of the database to October 20,2017,which mainly focused on the treatment of tumors with Dahuang Zhezhong pill,and to make statistical analysis of the included literatures.Results There are 15 kinds of diseases in cancer,which are uterine leiomyoma(11),liver cancer(8),chronic myelocytic leukemia(4),gastric cancer(3),lung cancer(3).It is used alone or combined with Chinese and Western medicine.There are 11 kinds of TCM syndrome types of tumor disease treated by Dahuang Zhechong pill,which are blood stasis(9),qi deficiency and blood stasis(3),qi stagnation and blood stasis(3),phlegm and stasis(2),stagnation of liver qi stagnation(1),etc.Conclusion Dahuang Zhechong pill is an effective prescription for the treatment of tumors,but it needs further clinical research to verify further.更多还原
