【摘要】 本文以我国渔业上市公司2009-2017年共9年的数据作为样本,以熵指数和专业化率衡量企业的多元化水平,采用因子分析法构建企业的经营绩效评价模型,实证研究多元化战略对渔业上市公司经营绩效的影响。结果发现,渔业上市公司的多元化战略与其经营绩效呈现显著的非相关关系,也即渔业上市公司的多元化与其经营绩效无关,然后尝试对这一结论做出解释,并提出相应对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This research paper selected nine years’ data of China’s listed fishery companies from2009 to 2017 as case samples, utilize entropy index and specialization rate to measure the enterprises’ diversification level. Furthermore, factor analysis method and empirical study were used to conduct the business performance evaluation model of enterprises. The results showed that significant non-correlation relation between fishery diversification strategy and its business performance, in other words, the diversification is irrelevant with their business performance. Then the authors try to explain this conclusion, and put forward corresponding suggestions.更多还原
