【摘要】 介绍刘友章"风药起痿"的新学术理念,发挥风药特性治疗重症肌无力。认为"肝、脾、肾虚损,湿、瘀、毒内蕴"是本病的基本病机。临证时应发挥风药透邪、宣通、胜湿、灵动的特性,以疏解肌表湿、瘀、毒诸邪,营卫气血始能流利,肌表络脉得以濡养而起痿。同时风药升提、理脾、协同增效的特性,有助于提振肝、脾、肾之虚损,鼓舞正气而起痿。其风药的应用经验:麻黄、葛根"宣通透邪"起痿,羌活、独活"风能胜湿"起痿,柴胡、升麻"升提大气"起痿,薄荷、防风"升肝解郁"治肝郁兼证,紫苏叶、荷叶"理脾护胃"治疗脾胃兼证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Introducing the new academic theory "Wind Medicine Benefits Wei Syndrome"raised by Professor LIU You-zhang,and using"Wind Medicine"to treat Myasthenia Gravis(MG). The key pathogenesis of MG is liver,spleen and kidney deficiency,accompanying with dampness,blood stasis and toxic pathogens. In clinic,we can evacuate dampness,blood stasis and toxic pathogens in collateral vessels of fleshy exterior,by using " Wind Medicine" capacities of eliminating pathogen,dispersing,drying and flexibility,and then restoring basic substances of Yin-wei and Qi-xue which facilitate MG recover. In parallel,taking advantage of " Wind Medicine " capacities of rising,regulating spleen and synergistic interaction,we could invigorate liver,spleen and kidney,and thus strengthen Qi to facilitate MG restoration.Specifically,we will introduce the clinical usage of "Wind Medicines": Mahuang [Ephedra sinica Stapf,麻黄] and Gegen [Puerariae Radix, 葛根] could eliminate pathogen and disperse in benefiting Wei Syndrome, Qianghuo[Notopterygium incisum,羌活]and Duhuo [Angelica Biserrata,独活]could clear dampness to facilitate Wei Syndrome recovering,Shengma [Rhizoma Cimicifugae,升麻] and Chaihu [Bupleuri Radix,柴 胡] show the ability of rising"Daqi",Bohe [Mentha haplocalyx Briq,薄荷]and Fangfeng [Radix Saposhnikoviae,防风]promote liver-qi to relieve liver stagnation syndrome,Zisuye [Folium Perillae,紫 苏 叶] and Heye [Folium Nelumbinis,荷 叶] alleviate the accompanying syndrome of spleen and stomach.更多还原
