【摘要】 目的:探讨李宜瑞教授治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的组方用药规律。方法:选取其治疗过敏性鼻炎的处方,基于"中医传承辅助系统"软件(V2.5),采用关联规则apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析处方中的用药频次、四气、五味、归经、高频药物用量及组方规律。结果:通过对筛选出的110张处方进行分析,确定了处方中药物的使用频次和常用药对,其中高频药物的前6位为辛夷、甘草、五指毛桃、太子参、薏苡仁、白芷,高频药对的前3位为"甘草-辛夷""辛夷-五指毛桃""甘草-五指毛桃",并挖掘出10个核心组合和5张新处方。结论:李宜瑞教授治疗过敏性鼻炎注重结合小儿脏腑娇嫩的生理特点及岭南炎热潮湿的地域特点,采用扶正祛邪、寒温并用的原则,其用药清灵、甘平柔润,在重视药害的同时力求呵护小儿稚阴稚阳之体,中病即止。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Analyze the prescription regularity of LI Yi-rui on treating allergic rhinitis.Methods:Collect and select clinical cases about pediatric AR treated by Professor Li,then input these cases in TCM Inheritance System(V2.5),and analysis frequency of medicinal application,four Qi,five flavors,channel distribution,high-frequency dosage and prescription regularity by using a variety of data mining methods such as association rule mining Algorithms,improved mutual information,complex system entropy cluster. Results:Based on the analysis of 110 Prescriptions,the frequency of each herb and common drug pair,top 6 herbs of high using frequency were Xinyi[Flos magnoliae liliflorae,辛夷],Gancao[Liquorice,甘草],Wuzhimaotao[five-finger fig,五指毛桃],Taizishen[heterophylla falsestarwort root,太子参],Yiyiren[jobstears seed,薏苡仁],Baizhi[dahurian angelica,白芷]. Top 3 herb combinations of high using frequency were Gancao-Xinyi,Xinyi-Wuzhimaotao,Gan-Wuzhimaotao. 10 core combinations and 5 new prescriptions were mined from the database.Conclusion:Through the analysis of drugs law showing that on treating pediatric AR, Professor LI Yi-rui paid attention to according with physiological characteristics of childrens’ delicate vescera,and humid and hot climatic claraeteristics of Lingnan,use by the principle of strengthening body resistance and elimination,combined cooling and warming. The herbal prescription should be mild and soft-moist. As well as, Professor LI paid attention to the toxicity of Chinese herbs,protect the children’s body of immature Yin and Yang and stop the treatment as soon as the evil removed.更多还原
