【摘要】 慢性心力衰竭是大多数心血管疾病的最终归宿,也是最主要的死亡原因,在心血管疾病的治疗中是难点和重点之一。吴颢昕教授临证30余载,在慢性心力衰竭的治疗方面积累了丰富的临床经验,认为慢性心力衰竭为本虚标实之证,虚实夹杂、气阴两虚是慢性心力衰竭的根本原因,血瘀水停是其病机关键,且贯穿整个病程。提出益气养阴、活血利水的治疗大法,创制经验方益气养阴强心汤,标本兼治,临证时注重辨病与辨证相结合,取得了较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chronic heart failure is a common and frequent clinical disease,which is one of the difficulties and focus in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Professor WU Hao-xin,who has been engaged in clinical work for more than 30 years,accumulates rich experience in the differentiation and treatment of chronic heart failure,he thinks that the deficiency of both Qi and Yin,the blood stasis and water retention is the basic pathogenesis of chronic heart failure. He puts forward that supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and inducing diuresis to remove edema is the basic treatment method of the disease. He summarizes empirical formula Yiqi Yangyin Qiangxin decoction,treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,has achieved satisfactory clinical effect.更多还原
