【摘要】 内八卦穴位于手心,内含八卦,为一环形的圈,是小儿推拿之特定穴,其有顺逆之分又有分运之别,应用广泛,功效显著,但其复杂性也常常使同道在辨证取穴时感到迷惑。本文通过对此穴古今文献的整理研究,详细地从该穴的定位、操作、应用包括应用的配伍、疗效等各个方面进行解析,以期更全面深入地认识内八卦穴。从中西医两个不同的角度研究其作用机制,为其疗效提供确凿的证据。在临床上审其根源、治其标本、酌其补泻,为同道起指导作用,真正地发挥最佳临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the study of the ancient and modern literature on the specific of pediatric massaga of the Nei Bagua,from the point of location,operation,application, including of compatibility,the application of efficacy and mechanism analysis and other aspects,with a view to a more comprehensive understanding of Nei Bagua,playing a guiding role in the application of peer. At the same time,many cases are include in this article,expounds the function of the Nei Bagua,and is more concise and clear.From the two different angles of Chinese and Western medicine,the mechanism of its action is studied,which provides conclusive evidence for its curative effect.In the clinical,the root of the trial,the treatment of its symptoms and root cause,as appropriate for the tonifying and purging,to play the guiding role for clinic,to give full play to the best clinical effect.更多还原
