【摘要】 目的:观察左金丸对二甲基苯蒽/巴豆油诱导小鼠皮肤肿瘤的预防作用。方法:二甲基苯蒽/巴豆油外涂建立小鼠皮肤肿瘤模型,左金丸按人体等效剂量灌胃,记录皮肤成瘤时间和瘤数量,检测小鼠血清IL-1、IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α和皮肤组织E-Cadherin、N-Cadherin及PCNA。结果:模型组小鼠成瘤时间范围为6～10周,平均每只小鼠致瘤数为(16. 3±3. 6);,左金丸组小鼠成瘤时间范围为8～10周,平均每只小鼠致瘤数为(10. 2±2. 3)。与正常小鼠比较,模型组小鼠血清IL-1、IL-6、hs-CRP和TNF-α均明显增高,上皮-间充质转化(EMT)和增殖标志表达显著增强,左金丸对上述模型小鼠血清炎症指标及皮肤组织EMT和增殖均有显著降低作用。结论:左金丸对二甲基苯蒽/巴豆油诱导小鼠皮肤肿瘤有预防作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the preventive action of Zuojinpiu on DMBA/Croton oil-induced skin tumor in mice.Methods: The mouse skin tumorigenic model was carried out by DMBA/Croton oil for external application,and Zuojinpiu at human equivalent dose was administrated. The skin tumorigenic time and tumor number were recorded,the serum levels of IL-1,IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-α were examined,and the skin tumorigenic tissues were cut to analyze the expression of ECadherin,N-Cadherin and PCNA by immunohistochemical staining. Results: The tumorigenic time in model group was in the range of 6-10 weeks and the mean of tumor number per mouse was 16. 3±3. 6. The tumorigenic time in Zuojinpiu group was in the range of 8-10 weeks and the mean of tumor number per mouse was 10. 2±2. 3. Compared with normal mice,The serum levels of IL-1,IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-α were increased obviously in model group,Epithelial mesenchymal transition( EMT)and proliferative marker expression were enhanced dramatically. The above increased indexes in model mice could be decreased obviously by zuojinpiu. Conclusion: Zuojinpiu has the preventive action on DMBA/Croton oil-induced skin tumor in mice.更多还原
