【摘要】 目的探讨护理专案在提高儿科外周静脉留置针固定规范率中的应用效果。方法将2017年7月8-21日留置外周静脉留置针的240例患儿作为对照组,将2017年9月9-22日留置外周静脉留置针的260例患儿作为干预组。对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予护理专案改善。比较2组外周静脉留置针固定规范率、留置时间。结果干预后,干预组外周静脉留置针固定规范率为94.62%,高于对照组的68.33%(χ~2=58.405,P<0.001);留置时间明显长于对照组(t=25.572,P<0.001)。结论实施护理专案活动提高了儿科外周静脉留置针固定规范率,延长了留置针使用时间,提升了护理服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of nursing projects in improving the standardized rate of peripheral venous indwelling needle fixation of hospitalized children. Methods Totally 240 children with peripheral venous indwelling needles between July 8 and 21, 2017 were selected into the control group, while 260 children with peripheral venous indwelling needles between September 9 and 22, 2017 were selected into the intervention group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the intervention group was given nursing project improvement. The standardized rate and duration of the peripheral venous indwelling needle fixation were compared between the two groups. Results The standardized rate of the intervention group was 94.62%, significantly higher than 68.33% of the control group(χ~2=58.405, P<0.001). Moreover, the indwelling time was significantly longer than that of the control group(t=25.572, P<0.001). Conclusion The implementation of nursing projects can improve the standardized rate of the pediatric peripheral venous indwelling needle fixation, prolong the indwelling time of needles, and promote the nursing quality.更多还原
