【摘要】 目的观察参术健脾颗粒治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽肺脾气虚证的临床疗效。方法将234例肺炎喘嗽肺脾气虚证患儿随机分为对照组108例和治疗组126例,对照组口服玉屏风颗粒,治疗组口服参术健脾颗粒,2组均连续治疗1周后观察疗效,第2,3,4周复诊。结果对照组总有效率为88.9%,治疗组为99.1%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组复发16例(12.8%),对照组复发32例(33.3%),2组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论参术健脾颗粒治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽肺脾气虚证疗效显著,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenzhu Jianpi Keli( 参术健脾颗粒) in the treatment of infantile pneumonia with dyspneic cough with syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen.Methods Totally 234 cases of infantile pneumonia with dyspneic cough with syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen were randomly divided into control group with 108 cases and treatment group with 126 cases.The control group was given Yupingfeng Keli( 玉屏风颗粒) orally,while the treatment group was given Shenzhu Jianpi Keli orally.After 1 week of continuous treatment,efficacy was observed in both groups,return visit at the 2nd,3rd and 4th week. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 88.9%,that of the treatment group was 99.1%,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups( P<0.05); 16 cases( 12.8%) of the treatment group relapsed,32 cases( 33.3%) of the control group relapsed,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups( P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Shenzhu Jianpi Keli in the treatment of infantile pneumonia with dyspneic cough with syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen is significant with low recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
