【摘要】 目的观察运脾厚肠鱼胶汤治疗小儿迁延性腹泻的临床疗效及对血清学指标的影响。方法将60例迁延性腹泻患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组予妈咪爱和十六角蒙脱石(思密达)治疗,治疗组采用运脾厚肠鱼胶汤治疗,2组均治疗5 d后统计疗效。结果 2组治疗前血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、一氧化氮(NO)、锌值、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05),具有可比性。治疗后2组血清IL-6、NO水平均较同组治疗前明显降低,锌值、SOD水平明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组降低或升高更显著(P<0.05)。结论运脾厚肠鱼胶汤治疗小儿迁延性腹泻,可明显改善患儿的症状、体征,降低血清IL-6、NO,提高锌和SOD水平,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yunpi Houchang Yujiao Tang(运脾厚肠鱼胶汤) in the treatment of infantile persistent diarrhea and its effects on serological indicators.Methods Sixty cases of infantile persistent diarrhea were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each. The control group was given medilac-vita and smecta,while the treatment group was given Yunpi Houchang Yujiao Tang.We made statistics concerning the clinical efficacy after the 2 groups were both treated for 5 days.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the serum levels of IL-6,NO,zinc value and superoxide dismutase( SOD) between the two group( P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,NO of the two groups both decreased significantly compared with those in the same group before treatment,while zinc value and the level of SOD significantly increased( P<0.05),moreover,the decrease and increase of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group( P<0.05).Conclusion It can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of the children patients to use Yunpi Houchang Yujiao Tang in the treatment of infantile persistent diarrhea,decrease the serum levels of IL-6,NO,while increase the levels of zinc and SOD.It deserves clinical promotion and application.更多还原
