【摘要】 目的观察中药熏蒸联合蜡疗治疗痉挛型双瘫脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)患儿立位平衡的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1月至2016年12月佛山市南海区妇幼保健院收治的痉挛型双瘫患儿60例,按就诊先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上给予中药熏蒸联合蜡疗治疗,每日1次,每周6次,2周为1个疗程,疗程间隔1周,治疗3个疗程后采用改良Ashworth痉挛评定量表、粗大运动功能评估量表D区[GMFM(D)]、GaitView足底压力测试仪评价患儿肌张力和立位平衡能力变化。结果两组患儿治疗后Ashworth肌张力、GMFM(D)及GaitView足底压力测试值较治疗前均有不同程度改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组以上指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸联合蜡疗是一种安全、有效的脑瘫抗痉挛治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with wax therapy on the standing balance of spastic cerebral palsy children.Methods Totally 60 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy were chosen, who were treated in Foshan Nanhai District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2015 to December 2016,and they were divided into control group(30 cases) and observation group(30 cases) according to the order of treatment. Both groups were given routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group was additionally given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with wax treatment, 1 time per day, 6 times per week, with 2 weeks as one course. The interval between each two courses was 1 week. After 3 courses of treatment, the modified Ashworth muscle tension, GMFM(D) and Gait View plantar pressure tester were used to evaluate the muscle tension and standing balance of the child.Results After treatment, the Ashworth muscle tension, GMFM(D) and Gait View plantar pressure test values of both groups were improved to different degrees compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and these indexes were better in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with wax therapy is a safe and effective anti-spasm treatment.更多还原
