【摘要】 本例患者为53岁男性,因"发现颈部肿物1月"就诊,行超声引导下穿刺及颈部CT均未提示肿瘤,结合流行病学史及实验室检查,考虑布鲁氏菌病,但不排除下咽恶性肿瘤转移,患者遂于感染科行保守治疗。后患者逐渐出现声音嘶哑、吞咽梗阻感等症状,再次于我科就诊,行电子纤维喉镜检查见左侧咽侧壁近舌根处增生物,遂收入院行保留喉功能的下咽恶性肿瘤切除术,术后予以放疗,目前恢复可。更多还原

【Abstract】 This patient is a 53-year-old male which complains of neck mass for one mouth. Both ultrasound guided percutaneous biopsy and cervical CT didn’t indicate malignancy, Comsidering epidemiological history and laboratory tests, we diagosed brucellosis, but the metastasis of the malignant tumor of hypopharynx is not excluded, the patient decided to be treated conservatively in the department of infection. Some new symptoms appeared gradually such as hoarseness, swallowing obstruction, so the patient come to our department once again. Electronic fiber laryngoscopy shows neoplasm in the left pharyngeal wall nearing the root of the tongue, the patient was addmitted to our department to be undertaken a surgery of preserving the laryngeal function of the hypopharyngeal malignant tumor resection and accepted radiotherapy postoperatively.At present,no complications have come up.更多还原
