【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内窥镜下完全骨化型鼻中隔偏曲新的手术方式及疗效,使目前鼻中隔骨化的外科治疗更加简便及容易推广。方法选取2015年1月～2017年12月到我院行鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术的60例患者,其中观察组7例,均为完全骨化型鼻中隔偏曲患者,采用新的手术方式;对照组53例,采用常规鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术。对比两组患者术后疼痛评分、术后鼻中隔血肿、鼻塞及术后相关并发症。结果 7例鼻内窥镜下骨化型鼻中隔偏曲矫正术后患者,术后疼痛评分、术后鼻中隔血肿、术后鼻塞及术后相关并发症较对照组无增高,患者临床症状消失,满意度高。结论使用鼻内窥镜下骨化型鼻中隔偏曲新的手术方式效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In this paper,the new surgical method and curative effect of the complete ossified nasal septal deviation in nasal endoscope and the surgical treatment of septal ossification are easier and easier to promote.Methods Selected from January 2015 to December 2017 to our line of nasal endoscopic nasal septum modification of 60 patients,7 cases of observation group,are completely ossification in patients with nasal septum deviation,adopt the new operation way;A control group of 53 cases were treated with conventional nasal septoplasty.The postoperative pain score,septal hematoma,nasal obstruction and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results 7 cases of ossification type of nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscopic corrective postoperative patients with postoperative pain score,septal hematoma after operation,postoperative nasal congestion and postoperative complications related to no higher than the control group,patients with clinical symptoms and high satisfaction.Conclusions The new surgical method is effective in the use of endoscopic nasal septum.更多还原
