【摘要】 目的:探讨终末期肾衰竭患者采用腹膜透析、血液灌流及血液透析的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年3月本院肾内科收治的96例终末期肾衰竭伴皮肤瘙痒患者为研究对象,按照计算机随机分组法分为A组(腹膜透析,32例)、B组(血液灌流,32例)及C组(血液透析,32例)。比较三组患者钙、磷代谢水平、相关血清因子水平及皮肤瘙痒程度评分。结果:三组患者治疗后血Ca、P均较治疗前降低,且A组较B组和C组均明显降低(P<0.05),B组和C组Ca、P比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组患者治疗后hs-CRP、Scr、BUN水平均较治疗前降低,且A组较B组和C组均明显降低(P<0.05),B组和C组上述指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组患者治疗后皮肤瘙痒程度评分均较治疗前降低,且A组较B组和C组均明显降低(P<0.05),B组和C组皮肤瘙痒程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与血液灌流及血液透析相比,终末期肾衰竭患者采用腹膜透析治疗对其皮肤瘙痒程度、钙磷代谢及肾功能改善作用更显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of peritoneal dialysis, hemoperfusion and hemodialysis in patients with end-stage renal failure and pruritus. Method: A total of 96 patients with end-stage renal failure and skin pruritus treatment of nephrology department in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the computer random grouping method, they were divided into group A(peritoneal dialysis, 32 cases), group B(hemoperfusion, 32 cases) and group C(hemodialysis, 32 cases). The levels of calcium and phosphorus metabolism, related serum factor levels and skin itch scores were compared among the three groups. Result: After treatment, the levels of Ca and P in the three groups were lower than those before treatment, and the group A were significantly lower than those of the group B and the group C(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in Ca and P between group B and group C(P>0.05). The levels of hs-CRP, Scr and BUN among the three groups were lower than those before treatment, and the indexes in group A were significantly lower than those of the group B and the group C(P<0.05), there were no significant differences in the above indexes between group B and group C(P>0.05). The scores of skin itch degree of patients in the three groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the scores of skin itch degree in group A were significantly lower than those in group B and group C(P<0.05), there was no significant difference in skin itch score between group B and group C(P>0.05).Conclusion: Compared with hemoperfusion and hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis treatment in patients with endstage renal failure had a more significant effect on skin pruritus, calcium and phosphorus metabolism and renal function improvement.更多还原
