【摘要】 目的:探讨皮肤移植联合负压封闭引流(VSD)在下肢慢性溃疡修复中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2016年1月-2018年6月收治的下肢慢性溃疡患者60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组采取皮肤移植治疗,观察组使用皮肤移植联合VSD治疗。采用数字评价量表(NRS)评价两组术前和术后2、4周时的疼痛程度。使用温哥华瘢痕量表评价两组术后6个月时的瘢痕情况。比较两组术后转归情况及治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);观察组皮片存活率平均为(94.06±2.13)%高于对照组的(86.92±1.68)%(P<0.05),观察组术后换药次数、创面愈合时间及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后2、4周NRS评分与术后6个月瘢痕评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:皮肤移植联合VSD能促进下肢慢性溃疡患者修复,疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of skin grafting combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) in the repair of chronic ulcers of lower extremities. Method: A total of 60 cases with chronic ulcers of lower extremities admitted into our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with skin grafting, and the observation group was treated with skin grafting combined with VSD. The pain levels before and 2, 4 weeks after surgery were evaluated in both groups by numerical rating scale(NRS). The scarring at 6 months after surgery were evaluated in both groups by the vancouver scar scale. Postoperative outcomes and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Result: The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.00% higher than 66.67% in the control group(P<0.05). The mean survival rate of skin slice in the observation group was(94.06±2.13) % higher than(86.92±1.68) % in the control group(P<0.05). The number of dressing changes, wound healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). NRS scores at 2 and 4 weeks after surgery and scar scores at 6 months after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Skin grafting combined with VSD can promote the repair of patients with chronic ulcers of lower extremities, and it has better efficacy.更多还原
